Costs:

Pound Sterling will be accepted, all payments to be made on the day at registration.

Men’s & Women’s Individuals £15 per person

Teams £30 per team

Accommodation – from £24 per night London Central Youth Hostel (Subject to availability, accommodation must be booked by individuals directly with Hostels/Hotels).

Lunch on Saturday and Sunday will be available for purchase at the venue.

Saturday 5th May 2018

8am – 10am, Shiai registration and warm up

10am, Opening address

10.10 am – 2 pm, Team event pool matches

2pm – 6pm, Knock out rounds and Finals

6pm – 6.30pm, Final

7pm, event closes for the day

8pm, drinks/party

Sunday 6th May 2018

8am – 10am – Doors open and warm up

10 am – 5pm Individual Women’s & Men’s event Knock out rounds and Finals

5pm, Closing ceremony and presentation of awards

5.30pm – 7pm Ji-geiko
